All potential employees applying for positions
in Amicus Mentor must complete the following forms:
- Application for Employment
- Screening Form · Employment Reference
Questionnaire
- Benefits Claim Form (if applicable)
- Sub-Contractors Declaration (if applicable)
- Personal Reference Forms
- Education History (if applicable)
References are taken up by our company. We
request from previous employers, written confirmation for a minimum of ten
years employment history.
In addition potential employees need to provide
the following:
- Contact details for previous employers
- Two personal references
- Evidence of Identity (eg. New Drivers
Licence/Passport)
- Proof of current address (eg. Current utilities
bill)
- Work permit (if applicable)
- Proof of military career (if applicable)
Where applicable, originals only accepted,
certified copies of which will be retained by us.
All gaps in work or education history must be
verified before employment can commence.
Our reference checking policy is applicable to
all temporary/additional as well as permanent security staff.
