A multinational oil company holds its AGM (Annual General Meeting) at a well known London venue. The AGM is a key event in the company's calendar and is the one occasion for shareholders to vote on resolutions and submit questions to their Board of Directors.

A wealthy businessman was attempting to retrieve monies owed him as a result of loans made against cattle stations in the Northern Territory of Australia. The local court appointed a receiver who was instructed to inform the owners that the sale of properties would commence to recover monies owed.

The court appointed receiver was threatened and intimidated on two occasions as his team attempted to visit the locations and serve documentation.
